Refund Policy

30-Day Refund Policy

For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 30 days after the delivery date to the shipping address. Once the item is returned to Siterwell's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin in 5 working days. Refunds will be credited within 10 working days.

 

Refund Process:

1. Contact support@shopsiterwell.com for a refund.

2. Siterwell support will reply within one working day. After reaching an agreement, you will be given the required information (such as a refund address).

3. Return the goods.

4. After the goods are received, Siterwell will arrange a refund within 3 working days.

 

Notes:

- Returns must include all accessories;

- Items must include original packaging;

- For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs;

- For warranty claims not related to product quality, Siterwell will refund the full cost of the product.

- If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.

 

Refund requests for the 30-day return policy expire 30 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality-related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.

Applicability of warranty

This warranty does not apply if:

· the product has been tampered with or the assembly seal has been removed or damaged;

· the product has been altered or modified by someone other than Siterwell;

· the warranty claim was made fraudulently or by misrepresentation;

· the product was not installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with instructions offered by Siterwell in the user manual and app;

· the product has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident;

 

Replacement Process

If the purchased product is found to be defective and is still covered under this warranty policy, the customer may have a replacement processed by the steps listed below:

1. Send e-mails to support@shopsiterwell.com to claim a problem found and offer device details including purchase date proof;

2. Wait for the customer service to reply;

3. Follow steps provided by the customer service
